In a Rose Garden ceremony, the president named talk show host Bill O'Rielly as his new chief of staff. "Bill has shown time and time again that he HAS the facts and that
his opponents do NOT. He will be a welcomed addition to my staff," the president told reporters.

"The president hired me for my brand of tough talking, pull no punches politics," O'Reilly said. "The president obviously considered how the O'Reilly factor would benefit him during his tenure in the White House." Mr. O'Reilly
promises to make the West Wing of the White House a
"no spin" zone.
