Mr. Monopoly leaves his Boardwalk hotel following Thursday's incedent.

Secretary of Commerce Mr. Monopoly was thrown out of a hotel along Atlantic City's Boardwalk after he could not pay the $2,000 a night fee. When Monopoly refused to vacate the plush hotel suite, the manager offered to get Monopoly reservations in one of the lower priced Baltic Avenue establishments. The secretary however, reportedly refused the offer, stating that he didn't want to fraternize with "Baltic Avenue trash."
In a hastily arranged press conference, the Secretary apologized for his rude behavior. "I acted like a typical Park Place snob. For my indescrition, I should go directly to jail." He did not take questions after his statement, saying that he was late for the B & O Rail Road.
