Since the president's triumphant return to Washington and the announcement that he was going to "clean house,"
things have been pretty quiet. However, the president did shock many today with the announcement that Treasury Secretary Ross
Perot had been asked to resign. To fill the new vacancy, the president has appointed the Damn Loch Ness Monster. "That
damn Loch Monster has shown time and again that he is down with the fiscal concerns of his American homies," the president
said in a written statement. The damn Loch Ness Monster arrives today from Scotland, and will take office pending approval
of his appointment from the Senate.
